On our client's web site, when a user creates an account, it needsto be approved by an administrator. But when the confirmation email is sent to that user contains the site's theme and following code:

And in the content area it says "access denied, You are not authorized to access this page
I made a test and select the plain text option when i approve new user but it still get sent like mentionned above. Is there a way to change this?

Did more search
After searching and testing, it seems that the Echo module is causing this problem. So i could live without Echo but does someone know (or manage to) theme there email without Echo? I use Simplenews with HTML Mail and Mail system for my mailings and it works fine with Echo... without it, it's just plain text.
Any suggestions on how to fix the user confirmation or the mail theming?
