Hide duplicative email settings element [#1868958]

Currently they're not subscribed to email notifications by default.

Actually, this is not the case.

However, the email settings default checkbox appears in 2 places. I hid the duplicate with http://drupalcode.org/project/commons_follow.git/commit/68e2d78.
