"Related modules" section on project page: How to make it appear?

Some projects, such as http://drupal.org/project/ubercart, have a "Related modules" section on the bottom of the right sidebar. I'm new to full projects, and I can't figure out how to get that to show up on my projects.

How do I make that section show up?

i don't think you can set it-- it's done automatically via some sort of analysis (and it gets periodically disabled if there are performance issues).
