Line 1325 in 1.7 is the same as line 1525 in the latest dev. But, this bug is fixed in the latest dev: http://drupalcode.org/project/httprl.git/blob/22dba7cfa825cb24a1fe8b5326...

Please re-open if I am mistaken :)
