Unfortunately, just telling me that you removed template.php isn't going to help. This theme relies on the template.php file for the display of the links. Deleting will screw up the whole theme.
I'm not guaranteeing that I will support the module you mention, but if you give me more information, or a link to your live site, I will try to fix it.

darumaki commentedThis is something that concerned me re: color module and future themes, it's there and it's great but are all templates going to integrate with it, it would appear that they might not, perhaps too much trouble for theme makers in which case it would make using the color module obsolete unless using the default themes. Maybe the way to go is design themes the old fashion way, theme developers usually brand their own template and have no need for the color module. We'll see how that goes, I like the color module because you can adjust the color variations but then I could do that with the images in photoshop. Not sure if there's a real advantage or not. The future paid themes may support it as it would be in their best interest to do so.
