It would be nice to have raw tokens so that those used in the node title aren't double escaped. The patch adds them and makes it clear where they're safe to use. Also ensures that the -raw tokens aren't used in the teaser.

It might be a good idea to have an update that scans the existing audio title_format values and replaces the existing audio-tag-* tokens with the new audio-tag-*-raw.
