Swaas is a recent start-up and leaders in Sales force automation tool in India. Their unique product Hi-Doctor is a first of its kind Sales Force Automation tool that it widely been used in many pharmaceutical industries across India. To target the corporate users and take the product to the global audience, the site was designed with the knack of business understanding. The site offers a clear insight about the product and its features.
The project had a tight timeline and as a matter of fact Drupal is well known for its readiness and ease of customization. From the user’s stand point, the project involved frequent content updates for which Drupal stood as a prime choice for us.
The main objective was to redesign the website targeting the global audience. The challenge was to focus the USP of the company which is a unique product. So, from the business stand point it shouldn't appear like a B2B site and from a user’s stand point it shouldn't appear like a Product site. The site was designed with the right blend of strategy keeping the target audience in mind.
The age of tablets and smart phones demanded the need of responsive theme. So, the challenge was to incorporate responsive theme in Drupal as the customer wished to go with a global footprint. The entire project was executed with Agile framework and customers were involved in all the phases from design to beta release.
The redesigned website received a positive feedback from the employees and clients. The site’s load time was shortened manifold times midst the high resolution images on the front page, thanks to Drupal.
