Issue Summary

The term 'web api' in the REST tests is ambiguos. I propose REST api and Form API as replacements.

Looked this patch over, introduces no syntax errors and just replaces web with REST. All the changes seem to fit the context (no Form API mentions in the patch). Marking this RTBC.
