Configure Real Name for multiple Profile Types

We are using Profile 2 to create multiple profile types on our site. Each profile type uses the existing fields (first_name and last_name). The problem we are having is that each profile type creates it's on set of tokens that are referenced by the Real Name module. ie (type 1_first_name and type 2_first_name). Is there a way to just reference the original fields to pull the names into the module?
