We're looking for a Drupal expert for a 6 month consulting gig working with my team to render out user experience pieces for a D7/Commerce based social marketplace. This is a start-up company, I'm founder #1 and developed the D7 platform for this project.
This position is designed to lead to a longer term contract with staff & all the usual options-- you need to want that too.

Things that would help:
You need to be ambitious, a little self directed, want to be part of a team that is launching a national brand, love the idea of scaling Drupal sites, see the world through routed caches, have a serious artistic/creative side, a modicum of common sense, know how to manage a large Drupal project, and can think beyond your desktop no matter how cool it is (and we love desktops BTW).
You need to live in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate-- like now.
