Pivots configuration?

I've installed a recent version of Pivots and activated the module
in the administration section. According to docs and to my understanding,
I should now have a "Pivots" section under Administer -> Content management,
but it is not showing up. How can I debug this and trace what went wrong?

Or, where to actually configure the pivots?
