After last update I got folowing error, I can't update the website at all. I also tried 7.x-1.x-dev version.

Unresolved dependency context (Missing)
Default Content requires this module.
Panopoly Core requires this module.
Panopoly Demo requires this module.
Panopoly FAQ requires this module.

So the solution is simple. Just install the Context module and everything should be working.
