Manage @javascript tags [#1871034]

We need to ensure that @javascript tag is used at places where ever necessary. Go through all the features currently using @javascript tag and remove them if not necessary for that scenario. If @javascript is declared for the entire feature, then evaluate the same and modify the feature accordingly.
