nodereference_url_build_link() is called, even when "Create link on the ... view" is not set.

When you do not set the "Create link on the teaser view" checkbox, the module still tries to generate a link on the node view page in nodereference_url_build_all_links().
The link is not shown, actually, but it has a performance impact.
