Yes... Thanks! I definitely need to put more work into the layouts and the layouts concept as a whole after the holidays. This will also include this fix. Thanks!

Thanks again for the patch @itamar I can't see a footer second region in the current epiqo.layout.inc or the epiqo-layout.tpl.php files so I'm closing this. The Epiqo layout is also currently undergoing a rewrite.
