Header colour and tabs work fine in Firefox.
However in IE7 the header colour and tabs are displayed in gray if at admin/settings/performance the option "aggregate & compress CSS files" is switched off. It only works OK if "aggregate & compress CSS files" is switched on.

Yes, CSS Aggregator must be enabled to prevent errors of this type in IE (as stated in README.txt and on the project page).
