Custom block with Context using Display suite

Hi,

I'm using Display suite organizing views blocks and fields inside content area and it's all working great.
But now I have situation that I have to place custom block inside Display suite region (e.g. group-footer) and display it only for node with specific taxonomy term.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
