Just so you know: I created an issue in the Commerce issue queue detailing the steps to reproduce a conflict between this module (EVA) and Commerce.

I'm guessing we should leave that as the 'official' bug report and this can be closed once the maintainer(s) of EVA are made aware of the issue.

I'm not super familiar with commerce, but I know there's a lot of custom entities involved. Take a look at #1772204: EntityMalformedExceptions with custom entity modules...could be that EVA is searching in the wrong place for a full commerce_order entity within its build array?
