Can't show vertical count

Issue Summary

I installed the module and tested initially with horizontal count. It showed and functioned as expected. Then I went back and changed the settings to vertical count but nothing changed. I removed the count completely and nothing changed. I cleared cache, same. Disabled module and enabled again and still only horizontal count is showing. As if settings are ignored. Nothing in the iframe code indicates any options either.
