No access to node if several permissions checked together

There is a strange behavior in Role Access Control Settings (node/NN/access).
If we provide View access to both anonymous and authenticated users, none of the users will see the node.
If "anonymous" is checked, then only anonymous users will see the node.
If "authenticated" is checked, then only authenticated users will see the node.

I think the correct behavior should be - if both are checked, then both can see the node.
