Doing some cleanup I removed some vocabulary from the taxonomy. Now the newsletter taxonomy does not appear on the template. Why? How can I restore it?

I figured it out. I thought there was a single vocabulary used by the module but that is not the case. There is one used by the template and one by the lists. I wish they had more meaningful names to make this clear.
