updates of minor version 7

I am getting tthe following when attempting to upgrade version 7 minor upgrades. From 7.12 to 7.18;

Notice: Undefined index: highlighted in include() (line 126 of /var/www/modules/system/page.tpl.php).
Notice: Undefined index: sidebar_first in include() (line 138 of /var/www/modules/system/page.tpl.php).
Notice: Undefined index: sidebar_second in include() (line 144 of /var/www/modules/system/page.tpl.php).

which theme is in use?

I am using Colourise 7.x-2.x-dev.

switch to a core theme and test. If the core theme works properly consider filing an issue in the queue of the theme with the issue.
