D 7.18 Title Problem

Hey Guys,

Just saw on IRC mentioned by Lynn81 that there is a bug with the title for D 7.18. Apparently the title appears double. For example if you entered "My Flea Market" it will show as "My Flea Market My Flea Market".

I tried it personally with a fresh install and found it to be true. Just thought people should take note.

I'm not having this problem after upgrading two sites from 7.17 to 7.18. Wonder if it's a bug in a fresh install only.
