Taking over abandoned translation groups

- If you’re member of a translation team where suggestions aren’t approved, write a post to the translation group’s board and volunteer to help approve suggestions.
- If the admins don’t respond, write a post to the board and volunteer to help as an admin. Send an email to the current admins, pointing to that post. Wait two weeks.
- If there’s no reply after two weeks, write an issue at http://drupal.org/project/issues/localizedrupalorg and link to the request posted in your translation group. Ask other members of the translation group to support your request by commenting in the issue.
Note: When adding someone as an administrator after this procedure, remember to give the new administrator the permission “translation community manager”, in addition to the permissions to accept suggestions. That is needed to let new admin appoint more people to approve suggestions, as needed.
