think we need an integration with something like the browscap module, because the chat appears on mobile devices. This is not really usefull.

You may use URL visibility control to turn off chat on mobile devices.

hm, this only works, if mobile user is redirected to a mobile url like mobile.domain.com or domain.com/mobile
With a good repsonsive design, a redirect to a mobile page is not needed.
