Event:allow organizer to select participant

Hello,

Firstly i'm sorry for my bad English.
Secondly i'm sorry for my unskilled about drupal.

I'm searching a module or a way to make that : A user create an event (he is the organizer), other users want to participate but the organizer choose only one or two of them.
