The module seems to have worked well since I've installed it. Today a visitor is unable to access my site and reports this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function url() in /var/www/htdocs/sites/all/modules/httpbl/httpbl.module on line 73

He's in .za so he's probably black/greylisted...

Duplicate of #184458.

Could you tell me what happened before this issue started to occur? It's really hard for me to fix this bug as nobody (including me) seems to know why it suddenly starts to occur. Think of system software upgrades (including PHP) or Drupal upgrades.
