Remove button from tooltip

Just like the pop-up, the tooltip displays an button to close it - which is actually not needed at all because the tooltip disappears anyway when the mouse is moved away from the point on the map. In fact the mouse will never manage to get to the button...
It's not causing any problems but the tooltips will look nicer without it - and it will make the different functionality between tooltip and pop-up more obvious.
