dynamic recipient for contact form in block

Trying to find a way to make the recipient dynamic (node author) the way they do for wordpress on this link:

feature request in the issue queue of the module in question is the avenue that would likely be more fruitful

a similar feature can be found here: http://drupal.org/project/contactlink . there may be others. May even be able to pull something off with the webform and rules modules.

Thanks, i've dloaded simple email field link but will try this out as well.
