Thank you for such a wonderful module. We would like to use this for all users, not just authenticated users. Is there a way to allow the 'your invitations' menu to be displayed only to authenticated users.

Yes, the current CVS/dev contains a new permission called 'track invitations' which allows you to selectively enable the 'Your invitations' page on a role by role base.
