I have clicked all my menu items, looked in the handbook and searched the forums but couldn't find a way to disable rss feeds on my dupal installation. Is there a way to do it? I'm using 4.5.2.

Can't you just disable it in the blocks config? ...If you're referring to your feed for others.

If you mean your pulling others' feeds into your site, then that's in modules as aggregator.

right?

In the blocks config syndication is disabled, but i still have feeds for my taxonomy terms and an XML button is displayed at the bottom of my category pages.

(No, i'm not referring to the aggregator, but the feeds from my own content. I am building a static site for now, and i don't need or want to syndicate my content.)
