The Nepali group is missing from the group overview at http://localize.drupal.org/og , and http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/ne/board gives a "group not found".
The translation page at http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/ne/translate and the language overview at http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/ne are still available.
The board page had three posts:
http://localize.drupal.org/node/250
http://localize.drupal.org/node/264
http://localize.drupal.org/node/5308
Can I just recreate the group at http://localize.drupal.org/node/add/l10n-group ? Or would this mess up the existing translation team somehow? I'd like input from someone who know more about the nuts and bolts of how localixe.drupal.org works.
(I've no idea if this is related to #1793084: Nepali Translation is not actively maintained -- I have been looking at the group pages lately, but find it hard to imagine that I could accidentally have deleted the group without noticing.)

gábor hojtsyTheoretically only "all teams managers" and administrators have permission to delete a translation group. There are 5 administrators and 2 all teams managers.
However, looking at http://localize.drupal.org/admin/reports/event/19942883 this event is still in our records, so we can tell it was @snkr who deleted the group (on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 07:16). This user is just an authenticated user, no special permissions. The user @snkr probably used to own the group (as per notes in #1793084: Nepali Translation is not actively maintained).
So I think this is a case of the "administer nodes" permission granted to people under the "translation community manager" role, which grants team leads to manage content in their group (and most likely "spills over" onto the group node itself, which was not intended). We might need some specific code in l10n_groups to protect the group node from being deleted by those who only have rights via their OG role and not via their site role.
In the meantime, I'd consider this such a destructive step from the team lead that looks like enough indication that the team should have a new leader. So the group node should be re-created and a new lead should be appointed IMHO as per #1793084: Nepali Translation is not actively maintained.

zirvap commentedI've recreated the group, and set aryansubedi as new group manager. I added back the old posts, and wrote a note about what happened at http://localize.drupal.org/node/5333, since everybody who were members of the old group need to join the new one.
I didn't manage to set the URL alias to languages/ne -- I got an error message saying that this alias exists already. So that must be fixed by someone with more permissions.

gábor hojtsyFixed the alias. Thanks for all the restoration work @zirvap!
