Description
When using Marvin 2K phptemplate, when I go to admin the themes, meaning I click on Administer, click on Themes, and I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class template in /var/pub/sites/dfakc.org/www/themes/marvin_2k/template.php on line 26
Works great and looks great everywhere else, once I got some of the patches listed here. It's a nice clean theme and looks easy to maintain.

quick questions
...did you install the php template engine ?
if the answer is yes...suggest you remove the current marvin theme you have installed. Download it again from drupal.org and upload a fresh copy to your drupal site..
tip: when downloading themes/modules from drupal.org make sure they are compatible with your version of drupal. Some modules/themes are version specific and a CSV module/theme may not work with drupal 4.5.0. for example.
Hope that helps

I'm using the latest version of Civicspace 0.8.0.3, which is based on Drupal 4.5.x and I just downloaded the theme last night. Everything works but the one function. It's a very nice theme, that I would very much like to use. I suppose I can use it for a default theme, and use pushbutton for the admin user, which is the only one who would be administering a theme. I just thought I would post the bug so that someone who knows more about this than me, could perhaps fix it.
Thanks,
Jim
