Issue Summary
"VPS Hosting options for Drupal" page: http://drupal.org/node/1617326 is currently not a part of any book, it should be added somewhere in order for people to find it.

This is useful data but since it's point-in-time information about external entities it doesn't really belong in the Drupal documentation. I'd recommend perhaps g.d.o. or an external blog/website.
