I just got an alert that Menu token 6.x-1.0-alpha2 is no longer supported. I understand doing that if there isn't a community to support the D6 branch.

We're still using this though and need to know if we should abandon the D6 version (even though Drupal 6 is still in it's viable life cycle) or if there are others who might want to help maintain it.

I guess the D6 version menu_token 6.x-1.0-alpha2 http://drupal.org/node/1186758 works and can be used as normal for those with D6, tho with the statement that the module's maintainer(s) will not make any further development of the D6 version since a D8 version ll be released. Also the listed D7 issues are pretty much valid as well for D6 so you may find any answer in those.

@miccelito is right, there is no further development nor support of any kind for D6. You can ask for commercial support to the maintainers or a good Drupal 6 consultant anyways.
