module weights +1 on save

Just for info:

when i save the configuration under "admin/config/user-interface/custom-breadcrumbs"

the module weights (at the end of the page) for "Custom breadcrumbs for taxonomy, panels, breadcrums + api" count one up on every save.

when i set the weight to a smaller number and save -> the count is the old number +1.

is that okay?
