Tabs at the top do not line up in a row - they are stacked vertically in header area, all max width. Chrome-Frame styles correctly. Similar styling problems in other regions.

Could you please specify in which version of IE you're seeing this problem?

using both beta and dev versions on a new 7.18 install (core plugins only) in ie8.
