Some mods on install give me this same error message...

I am new to Drupal thus far I am loving everything about it. I have installed a few mods and I have my site up and running now.

There were a couple mods I tried to install and I got the same error message. I did a quick search on the error message and it lead me to a lot of different comments and thoughts but no solid answer.

My Drupal 7.18 was installed through my hosting control panel with Go Daddy.

This is my error code:

I looked through the guide and I thought I did the Manual upgrade correctly, I remember a green bar of some kind afterwards but apparently I didn't because i am still getting the error code.

Was there something I did not set up right after the install or did I not click something I should have ?

Any help, thoughts or comments would be great.
