Dependant field checkboxes works when more than one box is checked only.

I have a dependent field that consists of check boxes. (companies)
When a company is checked a term reference field pops up.
The has taxonomy term reference field is a dropdown of taxonomy terms with multiselect enabled.

For example:
When company 1 is checked field A appears with its taxonomy terms.
Terms are I, II, and III.
When I select one term, two terms, or three terms the view doesnt filter to each one specifically, It still shows all I, II, and III in the view.
The weird thing is that is more than one company is checked, the term reference fields work and filter properly.
If I and II are selected with more than one company checked it shows terms only belonging to I and II like it is supposed to.
