I really don't have much information beyond that. Version 7.x-2.0 doesn't install. The only message is "This webpage doesn't load." I tried stepping through with the PHP debugger but don't know where to enter the code to see how far I can get. I also don't see any PHP errors logged.

It gets to http://localhost/commerce/install.php?profile=commerce_kickstart but fails trying to load http://localhost/commerce/install.php?profile=commerce_kickstart&welcome=done&locale=en

We have bold text on the project page saying WAMP doesn't work. Looks like it wasn't bold enough :)

Use Acquia Dev Desktop, WAMP is a broken mess.

WAMP DOES work, I am using it right now with Commerce Kickstart 2 ;)

The solution is to use it with the 32 Bit Version:

You have to use Curl ext, if even not work, update Curl ext or more simple, update your wamp ;)
