Theme wanted

I like the theme of http://www.madetostick.com/. I'd like to have something similar created, with the following differences:

- The color used should be blue instead of orange. Drupal blue is just fine. A gradient would be nice. Apart from that, I'll create the header content myself. I just want a base.
- Choice of 1 or 2 column themes, selectable for each page. The second column should be on the right of the main column.
- The menu bar (just under the large colored header) should use text instead of graphic images. ("Home", "The Book" etc. are graphics - I prefer text for ease of changes.)
- I'd like the large colored page header to display only on the main page or when selected. Otherwise a small top bar should display (about 20 pixels high).
- It would be nice if Holy Grail was used as a base. (http://drupal.org/project/holygrail) It's not necessary - I mostly want it to display well on all (or almost all) browsers. Technical elegance is a plus.

Also:
- Is there any way to turn off the details about the poster/time? This probably isn't a function of the theme, but I thought I'd ask. For example, most drupal.org posts show something like :

right under the title. I want timestamps on blog posts only.
