Backport from twitter 7.x-5.2.
Main features
- Reincorporates twitter.lib.php.
- "Post to twitter" checkbox can be set with a default value.
- Twitter account administration is now handled at admin/settings/twitter
- Retweets are pulled in automatically and there is support for mentions too.
- Both authenticated and non authenticated accounts can be added (once one authenticated account has been added first).
