Adding the first contact was no issue. Attempts to add a second or subsequent contact generated this error with "Duplicate entry '#'" incrementing at each attempt

I can confirm this bug. Happened for me even with the first contact.

This is actually fixed in redhen (module) dev.

Alpha2 was using a deprecated version of the RedHen suite.

This is fixed in the dev release of the install profile.
