Adding the first contact was no issue. Attempts to add a second or subsequent contact generated this error with "Duplicate entry '#'" incrementing at each attempt

seanberto commentedAlpha2 was using a deprecated version of the RedHen suite.
This is fixed in the dev release of the install profile.
