Part of #1879820: [meta] Get the D7 version of Edit production-ready:

We need to back port the D8 version of Edit module to D7. This involves introducing Create.js + Underscore.js, the three types of editable thingies, etc.

Still have tests to port but the rest should be there. Pushed to http://drupalcode.org/project/edit.git/shortlog/refs/heads/node/1808076-... Still want to talk a few things through before merging into 7.x-1.x

Should that be fixed or are we waiting on the tests to be ported?

I think we can mark this fixed once this is merged into the main branch. Marking needs review for now.

Backporting tests could be a follow-up issue.
