Show div on image rollover (span?)

Hello

I'm creating a blog where users will upload images to articles. I'm using Views to present the article teasers to the homepage but I want to create a rollover effect similar to this site:
http://bentrova.to

where the views are displayed on the rollover. I can't seem to figure out a way to do this - please could somebody advise on how to go about achieving this. I'm aware modules exist that can count the page views but how can I present the results of that in this way?
