stop words for Search Module ?

Hi Everyone,

I have heard about stop words on many posts, but could not find the place in my Drupal Admin to input my list of STOP WORDS for Drupal Search.

There are many users on our website who are searching for some bad keywords which are not related to our website and we would like to block those searches.
