Drush migrate-mappings spews HTML

The main purpose of drush migrate-mappings (at least with --csv) is to be able to review mappings in a spreadsheet. A minor version or two back I started including links to documentation in field descriptions - the HTML tags now get exported and uglify the spreadsheet. The tags should be stripped.
