Dear Drupal team,

does anyone know whether it would be OK (from a legal viewpoint) to create a presentation template based on the looks of the drupal website and to put it under an open license? I would especially like to replicate the top bar with the mascot and the tab-shaped links on the right.

Someone over here already did something like that, but there is no discussion of legal implications there...
