"Title" Label Cannot be Hidden in Panels

Hello

I'm learning how to use Panels and have come across something that I can't figure out how to manipulate. I've created a Variant for Node Template but when I put in the node title, the output show's the Title label and the node title underneath it. I want the label to disappear and the actual node title where the label is.

Any ideas? seems like something that's probably an easy fix but I can't put my finger on the solution!
