You'd probably get more quotes if there was more information as to the size of the project, on location or telecommuting, etc. Currently the "job description" is a bit lacking.

Given your username, are you trying to boost your user registrations using this, or is there another reason why folks can't email you their quotes and questions?

looks like a dumb marketing ploy to me as well.
btw, the entire concept of this ultra low bidding on projects on such brokerage sites, is very derogatory for a developer.

I wonder what will we eat for breakfast, if we have to undercut people bidding at $100 for a Facebook clone!!!!
